Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time. LCE is composed of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering teams are engaged throughout the entire product life cycle, from conception to deactivation. Our primary focus is on product support, including the following key disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. To help drive this mission forward, Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering – Reliability Engineering Section Lead to join our team supporting the Patriot Missile Program. In this role, you will lead a team of logistics engineers dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering products and services to our program offices. You will also utilize Program Management Excellence (PMX) tools such as manpower planning, project cost account management through the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), cost proposal development, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Tewksbury, MA.
