About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance at the site, including planning, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, traffic, and shipping. This role ensures material readiness, schedule stability, supplier performance, and customer delivery execution in alignment with the ASD Lean Operating System and enterprise materials strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain leadership.
• Strong ERP/MRP system expertise (Oracle/ASCP or equivalent).
• Proven success improving service, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• APICS/CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Master Scheduling Own Master Production Schedule (MPS) governance and schedule stability. Drive ≥95% schedule adherence. Ensure accurate MRP parameters and capacity alignment.
• Purchasing & Supplier Performance Lead site purchasing aligned to enterprise strategy. Maintain supplier OTD ≥95%. Drive cost control and PPV initiatives.
• Receiving & Inventory Management Oversee inbound receiving and ERP accuracy. Maintain inventory accuracy ≥98%. Drive inventory turns aligned with enterprise targets.
• Shipping & Traffic Ensure outbound shipment OTD ≥98%. Manage freight costs and reduce premium freight. Ensure regulatory and export compliance.
• Lean Operating System Execution Lead Tier 3 Delivery & Cost reviews. Use PDCA/A3 for shortages and instability. Maintain visual KPI boards.
• People Leadership Develop Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, and Shipping leaders. Maintain skills matrices and cross-training coverage.
