About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner to both our sustainability team and global purchasing organization (Hilton Supply Management or "HSM"). As a Senior Manager Supply Chain and Sustainability Reporting on the Consolidations, External Reporting & Technical Accounting team reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability Reporting, you will focus on preparing Hilton to meet global regulations related to sustainability reporting and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for HSM.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of work experience in accounting, financial or sustainability reporting.
  • Travel up to 10%.

  • Experience analyzing sustainability data
  • Cross Functional Project Management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Platform applications and tools (Sharepoint, Power Query, Power BI, Copilot , etc. )
  • Familiarity with the GHG protocol and GRI Standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close and reporting for HSM, ensuring accuracy, timeliness , and compliance.
  • Manage direct reports and Center of Excellence teams to strengthen process effectiveness and consistency.
  • Implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor global sustainability disclosure requirements, perform gap analyses, and ensure audit readiness.
  • Oversee preparation and review of mandated sustainability reports across global jurisdictions.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional working groups—including sustainability, supply chain, legal, and human resources—to prepare for future sustainability-related reporting requirements.
  • Partner with HSM business leaders and FP&A teams to address critical accounting and reporting needs, ensuring financial insights and compliance support HSM's projected growth.
  • Guide global readiness for sustainability reporting regulations, ensuring compliance strategies are executed across all impacted regions.
  • Lead the implementation of software solutions to track greenhouse gas emissions within the supply chain, partnering with technology and procurement teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Oversee the identification and execution of process improvements across departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities .
