About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management – Engineering to lead field-facing initiatives and network-wide process engineering projects across our Ambient Distribution Center (DC) network. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end supply chain process performance, drive operational improvements, and partner across Merchandising, Transportation, DC Operations, and external suppliers/service providers to improve flow, service, and cost. What you'll do... Lead multiple business plans and projects by setting priorities, establishing design criteria, measuring progress, and adapting plans as needed. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in an area of the business and provide guidance to field teams in your area of expertise. Provide field-level direction through liaison leadership, ensuring operational expectations are understood and executed by suppliers and transporters. Build trust with field teams and demonstrate competence when deploying solutions to Distribution Centers Drive process engineering and new ways of working by providing critical input to design and process improvement frameworks. Evaluate end-to-end supply chain flow across the distribution network and fulfillment operations and propose solutions which optimize cost, quality and delivery to improve operations. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify constraints, streamline execution, and improve network efficiency, in-stock performance, and profitability. Lead root-cause investigations for exceptions and recurring defects; implement corrective actions, error-proofing, and feedback loops. Optimize flow path/channel decisions from supplier to store to best fit store and DC metrics. Support senior leadership with insights and recommendations, including service provider selection and performance improvement strategies. What you’ll bring...   • Strong capability in data-driven problem solving, root cause analysis, and translating insights into scalable process improvements.
  • Experience influencing across functions (Operations, Transportation, Merchandising, Suppliers) and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge of lean concepts, end-to-end costing, and waste reduction methods.

  • Ability to manage escalations, prioritize effectively, and deliver results across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills—able to present recommendations and align partners on execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
