Reporting to the Meals and Beverage’s (M&B) Director of Supply Chain Finance, this critical role has end-to-end responsibility for the financial, analytical, and strategic support for the $4B+ Supply Chain cost base of Campbell’s Meals & Beverages Division. The Senior Manager leads the coordination and analysis of monthly actual / variance reporting, forecasting, and the department’s planning processes (annual budgeting and 3-year strategic planning). The scope of this role includes financial oversight of manufacturing (internal and external manufacturing) logistics, procurement, and productivity programs. This role is responsible for reporting results and building the narrative required to drive insights and actions throughout the processes in the Integrated Business Planning cycle. As a finance business partner, this role will lead the monthly consolidation and reporting of COPS financial results, projections, and key metrics, as well as the development of monthly COPS presentation materials. The focus is on providing timely and accurate business analytics that support the management of the supply chain cost. This role manages a team of 2-3 FP&A professionals and will be responsible for building a high-performing team while also developing them to be future leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience driving results through process improvement, reporting automation and possess the ability to tell a story to influence stakeholders throughout FP&A and Supply Chain, enabling strategic decision-making for the M&B Division. The candidate will play a key role in driving and supporting the transformation of core FP&A processes and capabilities to deliver functional excellence, operating efficiencies, and an enhanced customer experience for our Finance and Supply Chain partners.
