Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Enterprise supply chain platforms and architectures
  • ERP-driven supply chain systems including procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Warehouse management and transportation management systems
  • Supplier and partner ecosystem integrations
  • Supply chain data flows and operational analytics platforms
  • Architecture patterns supporting multi-entity enterprises and acquisition-drive environments
  • Strong system-level thinking and architectural judgment
  • Ability to translate operational supply chain processes into scalable technology architectures
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language
  • Stakeholder management across engineering, supply chain operations, and business teams
  • Work independently with minimal oversight
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Make sound tradeoffs between speed, cost, and long-term sustainability
  • Navigate complex operational environments across multiple business units and systems
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and decisions constructively
  • Trusted partner to engineering, applications, and operations teams

  • 8+ years in enterprise architecture, supply chain architecture, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise supply chain platforms and system landscapes
  • Experience supporting ERP-centric supply chain environments strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, system harmonization, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture for supply chain capabilities across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution across QXO and acquired operating companies
  • Define and evolve the target supply chain architecture supporting QXO’s Oracle Fusion ERP platform and adjacent operational systems including warehouse management, transportation management, supplier integrations, and operational analytics
  • Support acquisition diligence by evaluating supply chain system landscapes and defining pragmatic integration strategies for newly acquired businesses
  • Design scalable architecture patterns that enable QXO to rapidly integrate acquisitions while progressing toward a standardized enterprise supply chain platform
  • Define, document, and enforce architectural standards and patterns for supply chain platforms, integrations, and data flows across the enterprise
  • Partner with Engineering, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to align supply chain technology approaches and sequencing
  • Translate supply chain business objectives into clear technical decisions and execution plans.
  • Guide platform and integration decisions across ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement systems, and supplier ecosystems
  • Identify architecture risks early and reduce operational disruption during integrations and platform transitions
  • Balance speed and pragmatism with architectural coherence across a rapidly growing enterprise
  • Influence teams and stakeholders to align on architecture decisions without direct authority
  • Provide clear recommendations and say “no” when required, with credibility grounded in operational risk, cost, and delivery impact
