Labviva is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Merchandising & Sales Ops to lead and develop our Merchandising and Supplier Sales Operations teams, driving GMV and revenue extension while reducing cost to serve for our Life Sciences B2B marketplace. This role will manage and mentor a small team of inhouse/offshore team members while shaping the operational strategy and best practices that ensure our suppliers achieve long-term success with Labviva. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth startup that is transforming lab supplier purchasing in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of operational leadership, online merchandising experience, building supplier relationships, and partnering with sales on GTM commercialization strategy in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
