As Senior Manager Supplier Education and Capabilities, you’ll architect and execute supplier-facing programs that drive value for our global business. About the Sourcing Team Walmart’s Sourcing team is dedicated to delivering quality, name-brand goods at exceptional value to our members. We identify and partner with reliable suppliers worldwide, balancing quality, cost, and delivery. As part of this team, you’ll bridge product, tech, and business stakeholders—ensuring our supplier programs deliver meaningful outcomes for suppliers, merchants, and Walmart associates across global markets.

  • Lead strategy, design, testing, and launch of supplier capability initiatives (e.g., assessments, intake, readiness)
  • Drive execution of key deliverables, ensuring stakeholder commitments are met with quality
  • Manage roadmaps and intake processes with strong program management discipline
  • Present updates, recommendations, and escalations with executive presence
  • Advocate for suppliers, merchants, and end users, ensuring initiatives deliver real value
  • 8–12 years in strategy, program management, product or business operations
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver in matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience launching and iterating programs in large, complex environments
  • End-user orientation and comfort with ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related area and 3 years’ experience in supplier development, supplier management, sourcing, or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in supplier development, supplier management, sourcing, or related area.
  • Prior work experience in a product sourcing, supply chain, or merchandising organization.
  • Prior work experience in educational content development and/or instructional design.
