About The Position

The C3 AI Platform supports the value chain in any industry with prebuilt, configurable, high-value AI applications for reliability, fraud detection, sensor network health, supply network optimization, energy management, anti-money laundering, and customer engagement. C3 AI is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. As part of the growing Strategy team, you will drive critical go-to-market initiatives, including crafting proposals, delivering business insights through research and analysis, and creating executive-level presentations and value models for industry-specific use cases. This role will include supporting EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) commercialization efforts. Candidates should be comfortable with 25% travel, including international trips.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required); MBA from a top-tier school (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in developing strategic plans and metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing executive-ready strategy documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Interest in Enterprise AI and experience in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare.
  • Experience with AI/ML is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals and RFP responses, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop materials for sales presentations, demos, and negotiations, ensuring clear communication of commercial and technical details.
  • Identify and formulate AI/ML use cases, craft business cases, and articulate the value proposition for potential customers in early sales cycles.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities, synthesizing insights to inform company, product, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, structure partnership strategies, and analyze internal KPIs for strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Support the Strategy team's development by enhancing processes and assisting in recruiting and mentoring new team members.
