Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years related experience in strategy, finance or related role/responsibility
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, planning, problem solving, analytics and critical thinking
  • Management experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative way
  • Ability to bring structure and a path forward to ambiguous problems/situations
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution for a portfolio of initiatives, grounded in internal performance insights and business knowledge, competitive intelligence, macroeconomic trends, and evolving customer behavior
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior and executive leaders, providing data-driven recommendations that shape long-term growth, margin expansion, and operational effectiveness
  • Continuously assess business performance, customer trends, and industry dynamics to inform projections, identify risks and opportunities, and refine strategic direction
  • Translate high-level strategies into clear, actionable roadmaps with defined priorities, measurable KPIs, financial targets, and milestones—bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous challenges
  • Align executive stakeholders around shared objectives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure cross-functional teams work toward common enterprise outcomes
  • Develop robust business cases, analyses, and executive-ready narratives to support investment decisions and strategic trade-offs
  • Partner across all functions to ensure strategies are grounded in operational realities and customer impact
  • Establish governance and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against strategic initiatives, evaluate performance, and recommend course corrections in response to shifting market conditions
  • Partner with senior executives to translate high-level strategy direction into action
  • Foster a high-performing team environment by setting a clear vision, driving accountability, encouraging collaboration, and recognizing strong performance
  • Lead or support additional strategic priorities as business needs evolve
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
