About The Position

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning is a member of the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) organization and will play a key role in the ongoing development of the IWMS strategy and long-term strategic plan. The primary objective of this role will be to contribute to IWMS's strategic planning efforts, overall business unit operating model, segment strategy and leadership of strategic cross-IWMS initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will support analysis of industry trends, articulation of an overarching vision, identification of areas of business / investment focus, and development of a goals measurement framework. Your contributions will directly impact the efforts to grow, develop, and scale the business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, corporate or product strategy, investment banking/venture capital/private equity, product management, and/or business development, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead complex business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority deliverables.
• Effective meeting management skills.
