Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Engineering/Other Technical Positions May have deep knowledge of project management.
- Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.
- US Citizenship Required due to government contracts
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through all project stages.
- Provide technical, business, industrial and supply chain guidance.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and oversee readiness elements to meet business and financial objectives.
- Participate in pathfinder and proof-of-concept activities.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews with teams and stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise-wide process events using CORE tools.
- Support global design, blueprinting, and standard work activities.
- Collaborate with DT on data strategy, governance, migration, and cleansing.
- Work with senior leaders to define objectives and key design decisions.
- Define business value, use cases, and execution strategy (roadmap).
- Document and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
