  • Partner with tech/telco and QSR sales teams to develop insights-driven marketing strategies and branded content programs that meet and exceed brand objectives and drive advertising revenue.
  • Create customized proactive and reactive integrated marketing proposals and presentations that display expert storytelling, and communicate our brands' advantage and the power of our content in a meaningful way.
  • Serve as central liaison between sales and cross-functional organizations by building strong relationships and working closely across all internal teams including Artist / Talent Relations teams, Marketing, Events, Design, Production, Product, Client Services, Legal and Research.
  • Leverage a suite of innovative audio, digital and video products to fuel big idea thinking and development of first-to-market concepts.
  • Mine internal and external data for insights to inform and support marketing stories and solution recommendations.
  • Assume leadership role in ideation session, strategy development and strategic process, ensuring teams are activated at the right time.
  • Participate and present in client meetings.
  • 8+ years relevant experience in advertising sales strategy and integrated marketing at a media and entertainment company.
  • Proven experience developing strategic, multi-platform marketing strategies.
  • An articulate professional with exceptional oral and written communication skills and design prowess.
  • A confident and competent presenter able to bring ideas to life in high profile group environments.
  • Team oriented with a collaborative nature. Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and hungry, stays up on industry trends and technology innovation.
  • Experience utilizing syndicated research, including eMarketer, ComScore and Kantar.
  • Lover of streaming music and podcasts.
  • Expert proficiency at PowerPoint, proficiency in Photoshop preferred.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Base salary range of $135,500 to $140,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
