About The Position
Visa’s Global Policy team is at the forefront of shaping the future of digital payments. As Senior Manager, Strategic Policy Initiatives, Global Policy, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that advance Visa’s policy and business priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Policy Initiatives, you will work closely with Global Policy team members, regional Global Government Engagement teams, and cross-functional business units (e.g. Communications, Legal, Product, Technology). The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, excels at program management and strategic execution, and has a proven track record of leading high-profile policy events and strategic partnerships. Exceptional judgment, executive communication skills, and a growth mindset are essential for success in this role.
