About The Position

Yotpo is focused on eCommerce retention, helping brands turn one-time shoppers into lifelong customers through loyalty programs and reviews. The company is expanding rapidly with teams across the globe, including the US, Canada, UK, Israel, Bulgaria, and Australia. The role involves connecting with brands in thoughtful and creative ways, leading the strategy and execution of high-impact programs that create momentum with high-priority accounts. The position is in-person based in NYC, requiring four days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CRM logic, lead routing, segmentation, and stage definitions.

  • Ability to track everything, report, and seek optimizations constantly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns using various channels including paid, direct mail, email, gifting, and events.
  • Build and maintain target account lists, CRM stages, routing logic, and clean segmentation.
  • Create target lists for events and key moments, assisting with outreach and follow-ups that are thoughtful and timely.
  • Engage directly with brand stakeholders through proactive outreach, strategic conversations, and partnership-building activities.
  • Own day-to-day execution across tools like Influ2, Swan, Clay, HeyReach, Salesforce, Gong, etc.
  • Leverage AI for writing, personalization, automation, and prototyping.
  • Enable the team with messaging, talk tracks, follow-up flows, and ideas that help win.
  • Own reporting and influence tracking, providing qualitative insights for improvement.
  • Attend key events, meet buyers, and ensure impactful presence.
  • Ship fast, gather feedback, and continuously improve.
