Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for small, medium and large businesses. To ensure we keep on the leading edge of the dynamic commercial payments landscape, the GCS Strategy, M&A and Alliances team is charged with defining the long-term business objectives and driving strategic opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. The team plays an integral role in defining, developing, and leading new strategies, inorganic growth (M&A), partnership (Alliances) opportunities, as well as managing Annual Investment Planning, Opex, Strategic Engagement Team to accelerate our overall strategy and vision. The Manager, Strategic Alliances will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of commercially oriented tech giants and other financial technologies firms that have high relevance to GCS's strategic priorities and present cross functional and/or multi-market growth opportunities. This individual will work across their portfolio to drive incremental market and existing customer engagement through targeted go-to-market initiatives and improved customer experience journeys, while also ensuring all controls and compliance requirements are being met. Additionally, this individual will partner heavily with teams across GCS, and the broader Blue Box, to ensure consistent alignment and increase our potential with key strategic partners.
