About The Position

As a RGM consultant at XTEL, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and related analytics solutions. You will partner with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored strategies, provide in depth trainings, and drive the adoption of our solutions to maximize value realization.

Requirements

  • Acumen in RGM Analytics and Trade Promotion Systems (TPM) with a good understanding of industry best practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineer, economics, econometrics, finance, or similarly defined degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years in RGM role with a FMCG manufacturer, CPG manufacturer, or relevant Consulting Experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and analytic tools.
  • Support client engagement, optimize solution performance, ensure client proficiency, and foster strong client relationships.
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Needs Assessment:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to establish and maintain strong relationships with key account contacts.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Develop customized RGM/Analytics strategies based on client needs and industry best practices that connect practitioners and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RGM/Analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze client data, market trends, and competitive insights to provide actionable recommendations for revenue growth to accelerate client speed to value capture.
  • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for clients.
  • Change Management and Training:
  • Support clients in implementing changes and adopting new processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of RGM/Analytics solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client health and discuss strategic goals.
  • Commercial Skills:
  • Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients that align with their evolving needs and business objectives.
