About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts to lead the execution of our North American sales and channel strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth while mentoring and supporting our sales teams to achieve long-term success and market leadership. You’ll proactively manage your own sales funnel and operating plan, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic alignment with business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years related sales experience in healthcare
  • Experience in selling nurse call solutions
  • Experience in working with IDN’s and GPO’s
  • Proven experience in competitive wins and share gain
  • Travel required up to 40%

Responsibilities

  • Focus on current key strategic national and regional accounts and develop, maintain, and grow market share
  • Penetrate competitive national and regional IDN’s to drive long-term growth
  • Maintain relationships with key GPO’s and leverage relationships to support sales and drive marketing activities to help drive growth
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop playbooks for regional managers and independent VARs to penetrate regional competitive accounts and actively enable share gain
  • Maintain relationships with commercial teams of complementary technologies to help better position Rauland
  • Work closely with Product team to identify and develop new relationships
