Who we are: Our Strategic Account Management team focuses on growing GMV sales and driving engagement through win-win relationships with third-party sellers. We accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities and coach sellers on building long-term success. This role is crucial in presenting compelling business cases and improving seller experience by working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. What you'll do... Manage a book of business of high-value, strategic, and SMB accounts Drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals through seller programs Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services Listen to seller feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the platform What you’ll bring: Proven track record of developing relationships and partnerships Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions Strong influencing and interpersonal skills Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce Nice-to-have: Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
