Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Workforce Planning is responsible for managing and directing the staff and activities of the Staffing Optimization (SO). The Senior Manager is responsible for the operations of the SO, develops essential policies and procedures, and implements routine processes, functions, reports, and practices. This position partners with PI,CSG, CT&I, division and hospital leadership and finance to achieve best practices in maintaining standardization and adherence to company guidance for the maintenance and configuration and best practice application of Scheduling & Staffing applications and scheduling/staffing best practices across all hospital operations including implementation of new technologies. The Senior Manager establishes a culture of service excellence and partnership with internal and external customers. This position is responsible for the successful transition of new facilities into SO operations.
