Requirements

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, sports strategy, athlete marketing, or related fields.
Deep understanding of cultural and sports movements, social platforms, and the evolving media landscape.
Proven track record of building meaningful partnerships with athletes, teams, leagues, talent, and sports institutions.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Partnerships - Own a portfolio of local sports partnerships that drive brand love, community connection, and coffeehouse traffic.
Be the Go-To Partner - Serve as the primary contact for sports organizations, aligning on goals and guiding flawless execution.
Create Fan-Favorite Activations - Collaborate across marketing, operations, and digital teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with fans.
Champion Co-Branded Initiatives - Bring co-branded campaigns and in-store activations to life.
Negotiate Contracts - Secure mutually beneficial agreements with sports partners.
Stay Ahead of the Game - Monitor trends, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for impact.
