Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, sports strategy, athlete marketing, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of cultural and sports movements, social platforms, and the evolving media landscape.
  • Proven track record of building meaningful partnerships with athletes, teams, leagues, talent, and sports institutions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Partnerships - Own a portfolio of local sports partnerships that drive brand love, community connection, and coffeehouse traffic.
  • Be the Go-To Partner - Serve as the primary contact for sports organizations, aligning on goals and guiding flawless execution.
  • Create Fan-Favorite Activations - Collaborate across marketing, operations, and digital teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with fans.
  • Champion Co-Branded Initiatives - Bring co-branded campaigns and in-store activations to life.
  • Negotiate Contracts - Secure mutually beneficial agreements with sports partners.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game - Monitor trends, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for impact.
