About The Position

Join International Compliance and help execute Anti-Corruption (A/C) and Ethics Compliance risk monitoring (Level II) reviews across international markets for the largest retailer in the world. The Senior Manager role is critical for ensuring oversight of Anti-Corruption and Ethics Compliance risk monitoring steps and global consistency in execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
• 2 years’ supervisory experience
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
• Certified Fraud Examiner

Responsibilities

• Overseeing A/C and Ethics Compliance risk monitoring (Level II) steps including sample selection, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, project management, and action plans
• Analyzing A/C and Ethics Compliance risk monitoring (Level II) data and creating reports on findings for senior leadership
• Leading program sustainability efforts by designing training materials, updating program methodology and guidance, resource management, global consistency of audits, trend analytics and program statistics
• Taking a risk based approach to quarterly and annual planning
• Managing and measuring remediation effectiveness to ensure timely closure
