About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex intellectual property (IP) data into actionable intelligence that informs organizational strategies. Your insights will help leadership anticipate challenges and recognize opportunities in a visually compelling format. By leveraging strong analytical skills, you will enhance the understanding of IP performance and trends across global markets, ensuring that critical data is communicated effectively for decision-making. You will be pivotal in safeguarding compliance while leading initiatives that empower brand owners through innovative data insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles with a strong emphasis on data visualization and storytelling.
  • Experience in Trust & Safety, compliance, risk, or IP-related fields preferred.
  • Proven operational experience, especially with enforcement workflows and program performance metrics.
  • Ability to design engaging dashboards and present data for cross-functional audiences.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience in turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate IP and Brand Portal trends to executive audiences.
  • Translate complex IP datasets into intuitive visuals and narratives that surface key insights, risks, and emerging patterns.
  • Identify priority areas, trends, and signals to monitor across global IP programs.
  • Design reporting frameworks to track performance and risk.
  • Own global IP analytics and reporting, and identify trends across infringement types and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to align insights with strategic priorities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover non-obvious insights.
