Requirements

  • 2+ years of compliance experience, with an emphasis on program building and execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Action-oriented, resourceful, and lead with initiative.
  • Organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements.
  • Legal research experience and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
  • A strategic mindset to compliance, helping influence product design and sourcing decisions that align with regulatory and brand standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Data Analytics & Visualization skills - Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programs designed to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Build Product Safety and Compliance programs to ensure product compliance with new and evolving regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor program execution through KPIs and lead initiatives to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and trust.
  • Advise Merchants on regulatory requirements by product category.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align on compliance strategies for upcoming launches.
  • Track regulatory changes and translate them into actionable guidance for internal teams.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver high-impact results and grow their careers.
