About The Position
Walmart's Item Policy team in Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance is responsible for working with compliance, legal, and business teams to define, develop, and enforce policies and programs to ensure compliant products are sold on Walmart.com. The Senior Manager role plays a critical part of the Item Policy team, by overseeing the building of compliance programs and managing the execution of programs. The Senior Manager is also responsible for overseeing the governance of our marketplace prohibited products policy by drafting external-facing policies and internal guidance on prohibited and allowed items. This role will partner with various teams including Compliance, Legal, Merchandising, Operations, and Corporate Affairs.
