We’re seeking a Sr. Manager of Process Innovation to lead strategic modernization efforts across our advertising operations ecosystem. This role will drive the next wave of innovation in retail media: transforming workflows, integrating AI-driven tools, and shaping the technology vision that powers the future of Sam’s Club MAP.This is a high-impact, highly visible role that is expected to drive significant cross-functional influence. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and advertiser teams to design best-in-class systems that improve speed, scalability, and member experience.
