Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting services.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including architecture, component development, template design, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of headless CMS architecture and platforms like Contentful and Contentstack.
• Deep expertise in web architecture principles, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js).
• Experience with various architectural patterns (e.g., event-driven, serverless).
• Experience delivering software in an agency/client-service environment.
• Experience with commercial conversations involving budgets and fees.
• Skilled in software estimation, work planning, and building project plans within time/cost constraints.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with commerce solutions and platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process while speaking with prospective clients about engineering and marketing capabilities.
• Play the lead role in technical architecture and discovery projects, using consulting methods to refine the product and technical architecture of client projects.
• Own a 'technology vertical', encompassing solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership.
• Enhance existing project teams with architectural account-level guidance or specific subject matter expertise.
