Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the GenAI product lifecycle. Use A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to refine product features and capabilities. Process Architecture, Automation & AI identify opportunities for optimization by bringing experience with tools/methods used to discover, model and measure business processes facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders to redesign processes where needed explore solutions for process improvement opportunities and provide input as it relates to application and system solution architecture help identify high-impact use cases for AI and automation across the business help gather requirements and support the design and implementation of automation strategies and AI agents ensure AI agents are integrated into workflows with strong performance monitoring collaborate with Data Analytics on opportunities for solutions including natural language processing and machine learning etc

Requirements

9+ years of experience in solution consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams in a complex business environment.
Proven AI Expertise: Strong track record in building and scaling GenAI/AI-powered products in a fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving environment.
Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI applications.
Strategic Thinker and Change Driver: Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate future trends, and drive a product-led transformation within a complex organization.
Strong ability to balance business strategy, technology, and user experience to drive impactful product development.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to align, influence, and communicate effectively across an enterprise.
Industry Experience: Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Media is preferred.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Adept at fostering team cooperation, promoting enthusiasm, and motivating strategic problem-solving.
Fast-Paced ; Agile: Comfortable working in a highly independent environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Team Culture: A natural team builder who brings a sense of excitement and fosters a collaborative, innovative, and fun work environment.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 3 years' experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting.
Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications.
Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.
Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
