We are seeking a Senior Manager - Software Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and scale-out of enterprise-grade solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will drive cloud strategy, platform engineering, modernization initiatives, and operational excellence while leading high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures, strong people leadership experience, and the ability to align engineering execution with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
- Experience with cloud networking, IAM, and security architecture.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, highly available systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations.
- Multi-cloud exposure (AWS/Azure + GCP).
- Experience with Data platforms (BigQuery, Databricks).
- Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- GCP Professional Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps certification.
