About The Position

Q2 is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead our Integrations team, a critical group responsible for extending and enhancing Q2’s digital banking platform through best-in-class third-party integrations. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of engineers designing, building, and operating highly reliable applications and services using Go, C#, and the .NET framework. Your work will directly enable financial institutions and fintech partners to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences to end users. The Integrations domain is broad, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative—supporting a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with evolving needs. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong technical judgment, and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. The ideal candidate is a hands-on people leader who is curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity. You see the bigger picture of platform ecosystems and third-party integrations, while staying grounded in engineering excellence and user experience. This role blends people leadership, platform strategy, and deep technical credibility. You will lead high-performing teams while owning outcomes across quality, observability, security, and CI/CD pipelines.
