As a Capital One Sr. Manager Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. As a people leader on the Partnerships Acquisitions team, you will be leading engineering team(s) that work on cloud native modern user experiences (front ends) and critical backend micro-services that support the submission, orchestration, decisioning, provisioning and instant issuance of the Credit Card. You will have an opportunity to design/architect and build new capabilities that will enhance the entire credit card application experience for customers.
