Position Summary The Senior Manager will oversee the Application Development team, leading efforts to modernize legacy systems while ensuring the continuity of business operations. The role involves implementing cutting-edge technologies and AI-assisted development practices, integrating low-code/no-code solutions, and making key architectural decisions to drive technical innovation. The manager will also handle project portfolios, manage timelines and resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in application development.
  • Strong expertise in maintaining and modernizing legacy systems.
  • Experience utilizing AI/ML tools in the development process.
  • Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and business rules engines.
  • Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives.

  • Oversee the integration of low-code/no-code platforms and business rules engines into the development workflow.
  • Drive technical innovation and make crucial architectural decisions.
  • Manage project portfolios, ensuring effective timeline management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
