Primary Function of Position The Senior Manager, Services Program Management, structures and organizes a diverse set of activities in support of Global Services readiness to provide high-quality customer experience with Intuitive products. The Sr. Manager, Services Program Management orchestrates activities on behalf of the Global Services Business Unit (GSBU) in support of launching new products and executing key strategic initiatives within demanding product release schedules. They must be highly organized and detail-oriented and interact fluidly and effectively with numerous individuals and departments. The Sr. Manager will have a close working relationship with Intuitive's Engineering teams / Engineering PMO and the Field Service, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Service Operations teams supporting each product. With the development and introduction of new products, the Sr. Manager will lead a team responsible for identifying service strategies, service requirements, risks, deliverables, and schedules supporting a specific Intuitive product line. The success of the Services Program Management team is mission critical to the success of the Global Services Business Unit.
