About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Coordination team in planning and scheduling of field resources for installations, preventative maintenance, and customer moves.
• Support and develop team through Performance for Growth and Development Process and manage all performance or employee relations needs or concerns.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, and Applications to foster an excellent customer service experience.
• Responsible for proactive communication of scheduling changes with impacts to revenue.
• Oversee customer move requests with Service Management, Logistics, and Customer.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement through effective utilization of DBS principles/tools such as daily/visual management, PSP, kaizen, and standard work.
• Openly and actively support business initiatives and change within the Service organization.
