About The Position

The Senior Manager, Security – Threat Management leads the development and execution of comprehensive security and crisis management strategies to protect company assets, operations, and personnel. This role oversees threat assessments, coordinates cross-functional response teams during incidents, and drives continuous improvement through post-event analysis. The position requires collaboration with internal and external partners to implement effective mitigation measures and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence across the enterprise. The Threat Management Team operates within Global Governance to address security challenges across domestic and international operations. This multidisciplinary team focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while providing rapid crisis response during high-risk incidents involving associates, vendors, customers, and facilities. Collaborating closely with business units and external partners, the team ensures a secure environment for work and shopping. Requirements

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
Experience in crisis and emergency management, coordinating multi-disciplinary response efforts effectively.
Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate security risks and implement data-driven protective strategies.
Ability to develop and execute strategic disaster response and recovery plans aligned with corporate policies.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence security governance globally.
Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and continuous improvement in security programs.
Two years of threat management experience and/or behavior assessment, mental health background support, counseling, mental health, therapy and education.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Risk Management, or related field and 4 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
