Senior Manager, Security Analytics & CORE Product Management
About The Position
The Senior Manager, Security Analytics & CORE Product Management serves as a key strategic and technical leader responsible for enterprise security analytics, CORE platform administration, Power BI dashboard development, and data-driven decision support. This role partners closely with regional and enterprise security leadership to transform security reporting data into actionable insights, ensure data integrity and compliance, and drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and platform enhancement. The position functions as the in-house subject matter expert for CORE and enterprise security reporting systems, supporting current operations while enabling future Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) and National Security Services (NSS) initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, systems administration, or product management
- Advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills
- Power BI dashboard development and data modeling expertise
- Experience administering and enhancing enterprise applications or reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and operational analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee the Enterprise Security Reporting Platform including user access, training completion, compliance, quality control, and audits
- Analyze enterprise and regional security data to support executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and quarterly executive materials
- Conduct deep-dive and root cause analyses; develop business cases
- Deliver ad hoc analytics and data support
- Serve as the in-house subject matter expert and system administrator for CORE, providing guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Build, enhance, and configure CORE applications and features (e.g., CSI Workflow, Lost and Found, BOLO, Travel Security) to support evolving NSS and ESOC operations
- Design and implement service-area-level task management, conditional logic, and workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Resolve data quality issues and develop creative workarounds to improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support CORE feature development and platform enhancements
- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards to support enterprise and regional security reporting needs
- Implement and maintain a self-service reporting model for core incident and activity reports
- Streamline data models, workflows, and refresh processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and optimal dashboard performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify additional data needs and ensure alignment between CORE features and Power BI dashboards
- Provide region-level project management, consulting, and analytical support for security initiatives
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for CORE enhancements, analytics tools, and reporting solutions
- Develop and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews
- Support business process automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility
- Act as a trusted partner to regional leadership, ensuring analytics and systems effectively support operational priorities
