About The Position

The Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) and footnote disclosures. This role requires extensive technical accounting skills, a professional approach, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the team responsible for SEC filings and will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel, including financial analysts, divisional leadership, and functional staff to interpret financial data and operational performance.
