About The Position
The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) and footnote disclosures. Successful candidates will possess extensive technical accounting skills, a professional approach, and strong communication skills. This role is pivotal within the team responsible for SEC filings and requires interaction with a diverse group of internal personnel, including financial analysts, divisional leadership, and functional staff to interpret financial data and operational performance.
