As a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases, you’ll be part of a community that prioritizes the human experience, celebrates curiosity, and values every person’s contributions to meaningful progress. That commitment has earned us recognition as Science magazine’s No. 1 Top Employer for five consecutive years, certification as a Great Place to Work® in the U.S., and a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the UK. For patients, for each other, and for the future of science, we’re in. Are you? About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Scientific Publications on the Scientific Communications & Publications team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Scientific Publications, you’ll contribute to the global publication strategy as a member of the cross-function publication planning team and support the development, implementation, and execution of Global Publication Plans. This includes management and tracking of publications, ensuring the publication management platform is up to date and audit ready, providing direction to publication agencies, among other publication-related administrative activities. You will support strategic planning by conducting literature searches, recommending congresses and journals to the publication lead and authors, and leading the encore plan to extend the reach of publications and work closely with the cross-functional data generation team (Medical Affairs, HEOR, Biometrics, Clinical Development) and engage with medical experts and authors. You will promote good publication practices and ensure compliance with publication-related policies and procedures.
