Creates and maintains a valid master schedule for raw materials and plant capacities by effectively balancing supply and demand for product. Oversees Master Schedule for all Finished Good Items. This is a Salary Exempt position. Strategizing production assets in the short term gearing up for promotional demand activity and long term seasonality. Identifying operational opportunities and risks and presenting them effectively in order to drive the right decisions from stakeholders. Key involvement in providing data for the white meat sales strategy. Leading a cross departmental team while working Improved Business Intelligence using higher level Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Manages the activities of production, inventory & logistics planning with contract manufacturers. Leading a cross-departmental team, while extending planning processes for dark meat and International business.
