As an ETI Senior Manager, you will contribute to the growth and development of Deloitte Tax LLP in a variety of ways, including business development, client management, engagement management, practice development, and people development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients, leading engagement planning and budgeting, and developing practical solutions and methodologies. You will also perform the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the staffing process and actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities.
