About The Position

The Account Management Strategy & Operations team is at the forefront of building a world-class sales organization to drive the success of our SMB restaurant partners. It supports the post-sales team that focuses on accelerating growth and profitability for top SMB restaurants via DoorDash's core product suite, innovative bets, and operational enhancements. Our Sales Strategy & Operations function is pivotal in crafting data-driven strategies, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational excellence - delivering an industry-leading go-to-market (GTM) motion for restaurants, sales teams, and DoorDash. As a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will play a key role in empowering our sales team to accelerate growth for SMB restaurants. You will lead a team dedicated to increasing sales productivity, refining operational processes, and achieving ambitious growth targets for our SMB Account Management organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in execution, fosters cross-functional alignment, and possesses a strong ability to drive results efficiently. You will define and implement a sales vision that enables SMB restaurant success, create structured processes that influence sales metrics, and prioritize high-impact initiatives to empower our sales teams. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, you will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams to scale our restaurant partners' businesses through sales and operational initiatives.
