The role We are looking for a Senior Manager - Sales Strategy & Operations to join our Nebius team! This role is a leadership position that will partner directly with our sales leadership team to shape and execute Nebius’ go-to-market strategy and driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for our US market. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, process, and execution, and requires strong partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. You will own sales planning, performance management, forecasting, and operational excellence, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the commercial organization. You can work remotely from the United States (East Coast preferred)
