About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager, Sales Solutions to lead and scale our programmatic sales strategy while overseeing a team of Sales Solutions Leads. This role will drive programmatic revenue acceleration by equipping advertisers and partners with data-enabled programmatic solutions, deepening customer impact, and ensuring seamless technical integrations in partnership with our Tech Integrations Leader. The Sr. Manager will be accountable for translating revenue goals into actionable strategies, developing high-performing talent, and ensuring our programmatic offering remains differentiated in a competitive ad marketplace. Success in this role is measured by team performance, cross-functional alignment, and the expansion of advertiser investments in programmatic and audience-driven media.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in programmatic or ad tech sales with at least 4 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in DSPs, audience segmentation, and data-driven activation, with a strong understanding of identity and measurement innovation.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, executive communication, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technical integration leaders or ad tech platform teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Solutions Leads, ensuring consistent execution, consultative selling excellence, and revenue growth.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, aligning team efforts with broader sales and business objectives.
  • Ensure sales channel alignment and organizational capacity to support evolving business needs.
  • Own revenue growth targets across programmatic solutions, guiding the team to influence advertiser investments through compelling business cases.
  • Partner closely with the Tech Integrations Leader to ensure seamless adoption of technical integrations, including data clean rooms, agency platform integrations, and media planning APIs.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to accelerate the adoption of programmatic solutions.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies for programmatic offerings that align with client and agency sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to design frameworks and narratives that differentiate our programmatic solutions and drive larger advertiser commitments.
  • Represent the business at high-level client meetings and industry forums as a thought leader in programmatic innovation and data-driven advertising.
  • Establish and monitor team-level KPIs, ensuring consistent performance against revenue and adoption targets.
  • Equip the team with advanced case studies, measurement methodologies, and ROI frameworks to prove the value of programmatic investments.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry shifts in AI-driven optimization, identity solutions, and measurement innovation to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
