About The Position

The Senior Manager, Sales Promotion Activation, is tasked with converting strategic objectives into captivating experiential initiatives that engage and inspire financial advisors. This role requires a dynamic team player with a get-it-done mindset, adept at managing complex projects while motivating cross-functional teams to deliver results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing creative concepts and promotional hooks, executing impactful experiences such as annual meetings and internal conferences to strengthen relationships with our field and amplify the presence of our sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in experiential marketing and event management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic goals into innovative experiential tactics that resonate with financial advisors.
  • Foster strong partnerships across departments to collaborate and deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Design and execute engaging experiences for key events such as annual meetings and internal conferences.
  • Ensure all events showcase Sales Enablement offerings effectively, delivering measurable impact across field events and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to distill sales ideas into engaging sales hooks, innovative concepts, promotional giveaways, and more.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop compelling concepts for sales promotions.
  • Leverage experiential tactics to deepen relationships with financial advisors and drive sales presence.
  • Enhance the visibility of the sales team and its resources through strategic event planning and execution.
  • Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Oversee budget allocations, monitor expenditures, and optimize resources for maximum impact.
