Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales, sales development or marketing role, specifically in B2B environments, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies.
  • A track record of building and managing high-performing teams that effectively use technology in sales processes, preferably with experience in the use of AI tooling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging audiences ranging from executives to technical teams.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, adept at synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • An understanding of technical audiences, the software development lifecycle, particularly CI/CD practices, and how they relate to customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with data and AI tools to maximize prospect engagement and development to drive MQLs, SQLs, and overall pipeline growth.
  • Create a framework that identifies promising accounts and prioritizes outreach efforts based on potential value and fit.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create highly effective campaigns that generate qualified leads, driving them into the buyer's journey.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes to measure campaign success, track ROI, to refine our approach and inform future investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, establishing clear guidelines for engagement and follow-up.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative practices, digital tools, and technologies that enhance lead generation efforts.
