The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in creating the enablement and change management surrounding new technology launches, standardizing field processes, operationalizing best practices, and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, process adoption, and distributor engagement. This role is both strategic and execution focused. The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement leader with experience in sales process mapping, sales play development, video-based learning (Camtasia or similar platforms), and eLearning design. They are highly collaborative, exceptionally organized, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally to translate strategy into scalable execution.
