About The Position

The Senior Manager, Sales Data Science & AI Enablement leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for enabling, deploying, and governing advanced analytics and AI capabilities across the Sales analytics ecosystem. This role focuses on building reliable, scalable analytics solutions, establishing engineering and analytical standards, and enabling execution and enterprise analytics teams through shared platforms, patterns, and technical leadership. Partners with Information Technology and Data Engineering to ensure analytics and AI solutions are production‑ready, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or advanced analytics roles with production deployments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Python, Git, Linux‑based environments, Snowflake, Matillion, Sigma, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to enable multiple analytics teams and raise technical maturity across an organization.
  • Proven ability to balance innovation with reliability, governance, and enterprise constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement Lead development and production deployment of advanced analytics and AI‑enabled solutions supporting Sales use cases beyond standard reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership across Sales analytics teams, serving as an escalation point for complex analytical challenges.
  • Enable downstream teams by creating shared analytical patterns, reusable logic, and scalable solution designs.
  • Analytics Platform & Infrastructure Enablement Own and evolve the analytics enablement stack, including Python‑based analytics, Snowflake structures, semantic models, Sigma, and Power BI.
  • Establish and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, and engineering standards to ensure consistent, reliable development.
  • Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure analytics solutions integrate cleanly into enterprise platforms.
  • Governance, Reliability & Standards Define and enforce standards for analytics development, deployment, monitoring, and change management.
  • Ensure advanced analytics and AI solutions meet expectations for reliability, transparency, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Balance innovation with operational stability by preventing fragile or experimental solutions from impacting production workloads.
  • Enablement & Technical Leadership Provide hands‑on mentorship to analysts, data scientists, and engineers across Sales analytics teams.
  • Raise analytics and AI maturity by reviewing solution designs, sharing best practices, and guiding implementation approaches.
  • Enable teams to independently solve increasingly complex analytical problems over time.
  • People Leadership & Team Development Hire, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on data science, advanced analytics, and enablement.
  • Set clear expectations for technical rigor, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Build scalable capability to support future growth in analytics and AI across Sales Operations.
