The Senior Manager, Sales Coordinators & Proposals manages the National Sales Coordinator and the proposal functions through supervisors and managers by establishing operating priorities, performance expectations, and standardized service models aligned to sales support requirements. Ensures consistent execution of activities through defined processes, performance management systems, support seller productivity, contract compliance, and customer outcomes. This is a hybrid position that is onsite in Lake Forest 2 days a week with travel to Janesville, WI once a month.
