Genesys is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Connected Planning who will work in close partnership with stakeholders in the company to design, develop, implement, and support RevOps processes via platforms such as the Anaplan Planning platform and others. This person will gather, develop, and refine business requirements used to build solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, territory and quota planning, and compensation planning models, while providing leadership in the deployment of robust and scalable models. A successful candidate will have prior product ownership experience supporting go-to-market teams and will be able to influence others to drive productive change and create scalable processes with minimal oversight. They will be knowledgeable about sales operations business processes, operational KPIs and metrics. This role is also expected to manage a team of model builders ranging from junior to senior level.
